This is not really a poem. This is part of a paper I wrote for my English 102 class. The paper was a response to the Film "Bladerunner" I chose to say why I think we should never use Cyborgs or manufactured soldiers for War. The segment of my report is actually inspired by "Terminator" and "T-2: Judgment day"
Imagine yourself in a desolated world where hydrogen bombs have wiped out more than ninety percent of the human population. You are out on a patrol to keep your hidden hamlet safe from the destructive forces of "Skynet". You step on something that crunches beneath your foot, you look down and realize that you are walking on a hideous carpet of bones. You are reminded of the vast error your country made in creating the "Skynet" computer. You are brought back from your trip down memory lane by the sound of bones crunching. You look up and see a silver skeleton-like being with glowing red eyes coming towards you with a automatic rifle in each hand. As the terminator unit aims at you and prepares to fire you utter a final curse at your once beloved country for creating this irreversible horror and say goodbye to life.
